Position Overview:
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing teams, driving revenue growth, brand awareness, and market expansion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities FOR HEAD OF SALES AND MARKETING
Manage and mentor team members.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Lead and manage sales teams, setting goals, providing training, and evaluating performance.
Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners.
Negotiate contracts and agreements.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
Manage marketing budgets, campaigns, and analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials.
Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Provide strategic direction and vision for sales and marketing teams.
Qualifications:
1. HND/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
2. 2+ years of experience as sales manager.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
